Terms Of Use
Order Equipment:
  • Company‚Äôs offices
  • Sending a fax to our company.
  • Filling the online form.
  • The customer receives an offer of the equipment before the confirmation of the order.
  • The order much be sent to our company at least 15-20 days before the start of the exhibition, congress etc.
  • The rented equipment has to be paid before the delivery at the exhibition area.
  • For any extra equipment that might be need, we first check the availability, then the customer informed and the order refreshed.
  • The company has to be informed for the exact time and place of the equipment.
  • The invoice will be given to the customer along with the delivery of the equipment or will be sent to the address that the customer wishes.
  • The rented equipment are delivered at your stand (booth) and taken away after the end of the exhibition-congress.
  • We should be informed for the exact time that we can take back our equipment.
  • All the materials should be returned without any damages otherwise the customer must pay the exact price.
  • The deliveries expenses are included in the price given, within Athens, in other case are defer.
  • The prices are valid for the whole duration of the exhibition.
  • The prices are not including VAT 19%.
